    LI Mang is currently professor and PhD supervisor in Faculty of Education, Beijing Normal University. He is director of Chinese Educational Technology Committee, vice-president of National Higher Education Arts and Science Educational Technology Committee, managing director of Audio-visual Education Academy, Beijing Institute of Higher Education, member of Learning Science Branch, Instructional Guidance of Education Technology and Method, member of Japanese Society of Education and The Japanese Society of Educational Methods, and viewer of Journal of K-12 Information Technology Education.

    Professor Mang Li’s research interests include e-learning methods, instructional behavior, rational of educational technology, and teacher training in higher education. He has been engaged in the teaching and researching work in educational technology for 28 years.
