BIO
Dr. Zhiguang Zhang has expertise in the
research area of the 24-hour movement behaviours (i.e., physical activity,
sedentary behaviour, sleep), health, and development in early childhood. She
has published more than 30 peer-reviewed papers in this area, with a Google
Scholar H-index of 11. She has been involved in policy work with the WHO
guidelines and was a member of the Leadership Group that developed the
Australian 24-hour movement guidelines for the early year, as well as for
children and young people. Currently, she is a member of the Leadership
Committee of the Portuguese 24-h Movement Guidelines Project.
