    2021. As the Co-moderator, hosted the International Forum of Integral Education and Integral Drama Based Pedagogy, the Journal of Beijing International Review of Education, and the Applied Drama/Theatre & Expressive Arts Education and Research Center, Beijing Normal University.


    2019. Hosted the Forum of Integral Drama Based Pedagogy for Teachers’ Spiritual Exploration in the Context of Dialogue Between East and West; The workshops of the Integral Drama Based Pedagogy and Teachers’ Self Exploration (21-22 November 2019) held during the 5th China Education Innovation Expo jointly held by the Innovation Research Institute, Beijing Normal University Education and China Economic Development Foundation, Zhuhai, China.


    2019. The Integral Drama Based Pedagogy and the Sprite Exploration of Teachers won the Nomination Award of the SERVE Award, one of the 34 awards, the highest award, of the 5th China Education Innovation Expo jointly held by the Innovation Research Institute, Beijing Normal University Education and China Economic Development Foundation.


    2019. Independently offered the course of Integral Drama Therapy and Educational Drama. It is the first time that the concept of the Integral Drama Based Pedagogy was put forward.


    2018. Presented special workshops on educational drama for the Advanced Training Courses of Moral Education Instructional Coach in Beijing. It is the first time that educational drama included in the Training Program for Instructional Coach


    2018. Presented special workshops on educational drama for the National Primary School Backbone Principal Advanced Training Courses held by the Primary School Principal Training Center of the Ministry of Education. It is the first time that educational drama included in the National Training Program for primary school principals.


    2016. As an academic support unit, the Applied Drama and Expressive Arts Education Research Center has supported the Beijing Chaoyang District Primary and Secondary School Drama Education Forum and Children's Drama Festival for two consecutive years.


    2015. As an academic support unit, the Applied Drama and Expressive Arts Education Research Center has supported the International Drama Education Forum and Children's Drama Festival of Beijing Normal University for five consecutive years.


    2015. Designed and implemented an elective postgraduate course of The Application of Educational Drama in Primary and Secondary Schools, which indicated that educational drama has a place in the courses construction of China Normal University System.


    2015. Established the Applied Drama/Theater and Expressive Arts Education and Research Center (Beijing Normal University) for promoting professional development and academic research in Applied Drama/Theater Education in China.


    2015. DIE (Drama in Education) workshops and lectures for training NGO social workers, school counselors, teachers.


    2015. Conducted Psychodrama workshops for school counselors.


    2015. Special guest interviewed about “Drama-in-Education” by Beijing broadcasting and TV station “iHome Radio”.
