Institute for Educational Theories


The Institute for Educational Theories is an academic institution with the longest history in BNU that is engaged in creating and disseminating educational theories. Firmly believing in the social responsibility and academic mission, the institute undertakes training and research in three main areas: Education Principle, Education Policy and Law, and Media Education which cover education philosophy and educational theories, education politics and education law, education sociology and education anthropology, civic and moral education, media education, multiculturalism, and gender education. The institute has a wide range of published research works that are influential both at home and abroad such as Modern Education, Educating Rights and Educated Rights in Reforming Society: Basic Problems in Education Law, Knowledge Transformation and Education Reform, Religious and Moral Education, etc., to name a few.
